I enjoyed the hotel - EXCELLENT location and accommodating staff. Wonderful base for your vacations in Bogota. Al Rayan served dishes within 600 feet off the venue.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a safe area of Bogota. The staff were attentive and some even spoke English, which was a bonus. The hotel had all the basic amenities I needed, like good wifi and nice rooms with a shared bathroom for economy travelers. The best part was the breakfast, which included the best coffee I've ever had. It was all included in the rate, which was great value for money.
All was ok, with no major issues.

the staff was friendly and provided excellent service, especially Gustavo the driver who gave us tours around town. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were comfortable with hot showers and WiFi.
The lack of air conditioning or heating in the room was disappointing.

I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the breakfast, which was made to order. The hotel's location was convenient, with a large supermarket and shopping center nearby. the hotel offered easy access to local tourist attractions.
While the hotel was overall a good experience, there were a few negative aspects. The rooms were a bit small, and there wasn't a lot of space for luggage.
